Two ways to work with us
Most partners start with OEM to test the market, then move to ODM once volumes justify tooling.
OEM — your brand, our platform
Silkscreen or laser logo, custom retail box, manual and barcode. MOQ 100 units, 12-day lead time.
ODM — from a blank sheet
Industrial design, tooling, PCB, firmware, app and certification. MOQ 1,000 units, 45–70 days.
How a project runs
Five stages, one project manager, and a written report every Friday until the container leaves.
Brief & feasibility
A 30-minute call, then a written spec with BOM, target cost and risks. Three working days.
Sample & iterate
Working samples in 7–10 days. Two revision rounds included, with photos and test data each time.
Certification
CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH, UN38.3 and country-specific files, handled by our in-house compliance lead.
Mass production
Two lines in Bao'an, 18,000 m², 40,000 units a month. Weekly photo reports and a QC hold point before packing.
Ship & support
DDP to your warehouse or 3PL, with a 5-year spare-parts commitment and firmware updates.
